Getting Started

 

Review the MLS Orientation / Support page
If you haven't done so already, please review the orientation support pages for your MLS. Find your MLS here.

This contains information on:

  • What is AnnounceMyListing and how does it work?
  • How do I log into my account?
  • What is the cost to purchase announcements?

 

Review MY ACCOUNT tab
Before you customize and share your first announcement, we recommend reviewing your account info.

First log in your account (see your MLS support page for details). Your initial login will create your AnnounceMyListing account using basic information we get from the MLS. You should review your account for accuracy and completeness.


Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Here, you will want to review all three menus:




1. My Info: You will want to review your profile for accuracy and completeness. Please review this tip.

2. My Billing: Your MLS does not pay for AnnounceMyListing. You will want to purchase credits. Learn more.

3. My Password: You will want to reset your password for future logins. Going forward, you can now login directly from AnnounceMyListing.com.

 

Creating your first announcement
Once logged into your AnnounceMyListing account, you will find all your active listings on the HOME page. Click the AnnounceIt button to get started.

Until you purchase the announcement, you will be in PREVIEW MODE. You will see the listing announcement, but it will be branded with a fake agent account. Your personal branding will appear once the announcement is purchased by clicking the ANNOUNCE IT! button.

 

After you purchase the announcement, the Create Announcement Wizard will pop up which walks you through each step to customize your announcement. Customization is optional. You can share the announcement any time you like. Please make sure to watch the support videos on how to customize and share your announcement.

Using Quick Start
The Quick Start email will be sent to you when we receive new listing data. However, you will need to log into your account from Quick Start to purchase the announcement before you can share it.
